This is Our Most Sacrosanct Moral Duty

Two years ago, U.S. President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order to protect babies born prematurely and after surviving an abortion. Called the “Born Alive Executive Order,” it ensured that all precious babies born alive receive the medical care they deserve, no matter the circumstances.

It isn’t easy to imagine that such an order would be necessary for our modern age. Consider, if you will, that there are large numbers of citizens in our nation who do not value life. Those same people would take a baby’s life and have no regrets whatsoever. They would hold themselves up as morally superior to us for their stance. This gives us a peek into the minds of those who are evil. The real question is, how did such evil come about and proliferate.

“This is our sacrosanct moral duty.”1 – U.S. President Donald J. Trump, September 23, 2020

While this Executive Order specifically did not include abortion, there is hope that more legislation can be enacted to slow abortions or halt them altogether. Fortunately, since the draft SCOTUS unconstitutional decision in Roe v. Wade, America’s total number of abortions has declined (after briefly spiking). More of our citizens now oppose abortion than ever before.

There is little doubt today that traditional American life in the family is under siege by radical “progressive” secularists. The consequences of hollowing out religion have been predictably dire. This is a dark time for America. Each of us must stand up for the unborn and do so without reservations or purpose of evasion. We all must enter into a pact to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

U.S. President Joe Biden’s series of Executive Orders rescinded the Trump orders and implemented a radically pro-abortion stance. While such orders from Biden shake our conscience, our federal government has demonstrated that preventing abortion remains a moral struggle for humankind.

  1. Presidents Reagan and Trump did more for the unborn than any other presidents of the last 50 years.

  2. Let’s hope President Trump runs in 2024 and wins. I believe he will reinstate his Executive Order and many more.

    1. I hope so for the little unborn children who are being systematically killed by evil disguised as “health care.” Too many turn their eyes away from the reality of this evil. Stand with the innocent and protect them all.

  3. Thank you all for your comments on this important issue for both myself and my entire family. To protect the innocent (and the unborn) is, indeed, a moral duty that we all have. Stay the course. Stand up to those who would murder and do so without remorse, for that is the definition of evil.

    1. Sir, this article is inspiring. What you’ve written should be read by everyone. Sadly that is not the case. Please continue standing up those those who would take innocent lives.

    2. Yes, great article and thank you. We are all praying for folks like you who are willing to stand up to the crazies out there.
